Michael is a professional engineer with degrees in chemical engineering and metallurgy. He switched to telecom in 2000 and since then has lectured at many of the educational forums about fiber optics. He leads the Icon team in the design of networks and communications with clients.

As Vice President of Outside Plant, David, a former power lineman, also supervises Pole Loading Analyses for aerial deployments (like those shown below)

With a degree in nuclear engineering, you might think Jeffrey is not a candidate for telecommunications, but he is.  Jeffrey started working in the back office validating field production of various contractors.  He then migrated to writing scripts and developing our field video data collection and overseeing our non-standard design efforts. Now he is our engineering supervisor.

Tony leads the group that creates the fiber optic cable construction packages required by the contractor and permitting agency to build the project. You can see some of his handiwork below.

Justin works a lot behind the scenes. He is the guy who ensures that the thousands of pictures generated by David are available to our designers. Justin is also busy either on Quality Assurance or Quality Control -- supervising the real time displays of construction that has been completed, and the verification of vendor invoices to the work actually performed.

Carley is our Go To Person. She is the pleasant voice on the other end of the phone when you contact us. But you will also see her supervising our real time displays of completed construction and verifying that a vendor’s work invoices match work completed.
